At TrustXcare, we are committed to delivering the highest standard of pest elimination. If you are not satisfied with the results of a service, we provide a **free re-treatment protocol** within the warranty period specified in your service contract.
Refunds are primarily considered in cases where a service was paid for but not rendered due to internal logistics or scheduling failures on our part.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within **7-10 business days**.
Please note that convenience fees or payment gateway charges levied by third-party providers at the time of booking are non-refundable.
